Thomas Cook Group Airlines has appointed Emma Holliday as national account manager for Thomas Cook Airlines UK and Condor, in an expansion of its trade sales team.
Holliday has spent 25 years in travel with roles in account management, overseas operations, and travel retail management.
She moved to Thomas Cook Airlines from Leeds Bradford Airport where she was aviation sales manager.
Holliday will be field-based and reports to Sharon Confue, head of sales UK, Thomas Cook Airlines and Condor.
Confue said: “It’s exciting times for the airline, we’re growing and have new routes such as Seattle joining this year.
“We are committed to investing more in our trade partners and it’s great to welcome Emma to our expanding team.
“Appointing Emma was about much more than her name!
“She has a wealth of industry experience and extensive knowledge of the retail network, working overseas and in aviation specifically following her time at Leeds Bradford Airport.
“She is a huge asset and I am thrilled to have her on board.”
