Delta Sky Club guests can now enjoy a taste of Paris as Pierre Hermé debuts at the Delta Sky Club at John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 4.
At the beautiful Pierre Hermé Paris counter at the Delta Sky Club, guests can use miles, in addition to credit cards, to purchase a selection of Pierre Hermé’s iconic macarons and chocolates, allowing them to have a treat while they travel or grab a gift during their journey.
“Pierre Hermé is a remarkable pastry chef and visionary culinary artist,” said Claude Roussel, managing director, Delta Sky Club.
“Partnering with him to bring his macarons and chocolates to our guests at the JFK Delta Sky Club is part of our commitment to connect our guests with unique experiences and incredible culinary offerings at Delta Sky Club.”
Heir to four generations of Alsatian baking and pastry-making tradition, Pierre Hermé has revolutionised the pastry-making craft with his creativity, fresh approach and passion.
“This project with Delta has been a great experience. Our aim is to propose a moment of pure indulgence within Delta Sky Club for guests – a glimpse into my universe of tastes, sensations and pleasures,” said Hermé.
The introduction of Pierre Hermé creations at JFK Delta Sky Club is the most recent example of the airline’s investments to enhance the customer experience at Delta Sky Club locations across the network.
Over the past 18 months, Delta debuted renovated clubs at Newark Liberty International Airport and Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, expanded the Delta Sky Club at Raleigh-Durham International Airport, and opened new flagship clubs at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
