Cyprus’ newest luxury hotel, Amara, is set to launch in the spring.
Opening in the vibrant coastal town of Limassol, the hotel is poised above an enchanting sandy beach and azure waters, with each of the 207 artfully appointed rooms and suites boasting unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea and wider horizon.
Three of the five restaurants led by global celebrity chefs will position the hotel as a top gourmet hotspot in Cyprus.
The newest Nobu Matsuhisa Limassol will be joined by Ristorante Locatelli, of London-based Michelin-Starred Giorgio Locatelli, in addition to Armyra by Papaioannou, a dedicated seafood restaurant celebrating island living.
The on-site spa has been conceived as a holistic haven, offering guests access to an extensive treatment menu.
Additional facilities include a fully equipped gym, indoor heated pool, outdoor saltwater pool and an infinity pool overlooking the sea.
Located a stone’s throw from both the cosmopolitan centre of Limassol and the famed royal ancient kingdom of Amathus, Amara will be the latest development by luxury hospitality group Stademos Hotels.
Speaking of the new opening, managing director of Stademos Hotels, Demos Demosthenous, said: “We are delighted to be opening the new five-star Amara in Limassol in early 2019.
“We are confident this design-led development will bring movement to both Amathus and neighbouring areas, with every element meticulously tailored for the most selective travellers.”
The design is being spearheaded by SB Architects, David Rockwell Studio and WA Interiors.
