Chelsea Football Club has appointed Paul Marsh as dedicated head chef for meeting and events.
With over 20 years’ experience within the hospitality industry, Marsh started his career at the Hartwell House Hotel & Spa in Buckinghamshire and progressed to hold several head chef positions.
These include roles at Stadium MK Double Tree by Hilton in Milton Keynes; Luton Hoo Hotel on the border of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire; The Olde Watermill in Bedfordshire and The Aeglesburgh in Aylesbury.
Each year Chelsea Football Club hosts over 700 events with each client requiring catering to perfectly match their event style.
This includes everything from impressive three-course banquets to innovative break-out food stations.
In his new role Marsh will work solely on delivering a dedicated meetings and events catering service, incorporating the latest culinary and event trends with the aim of always exceeding the client’s expectations.
Marsh commented on his appointment: “I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Chelsea Football Club.

Chelsea Football Club offers over 60 versatile meetings, events and hospitality spaces.
