Palazzo Volpi in Venice becomes Palazzo Cristo | News

Anna Covre and Frederic Tubau, owners of Palazzo Volpi in Venice, have announced that the property has changed its name to Palazzo Cristo.

The management team and quality of their services will continue to remain the same.

As a privately-owned independent property, the re-branding pays homage to the original Venetian family name Montecristo.

“Following the success of our launch, we have decided to dedicate the property to my family’s legacy by re-naming it Palazzo Cristo,” said Covre.

Palazzo Cristo is a luxurious and contemporary take on traditional Venetian accommodation comprising three private, spacious and elegant apartment suites.

Situated in the heart of Campo Santi Giovanni and rich in history, Palazzo Cristo dates back to the 16t century.

Originally apart of Palazzo Grimani, it then became the embassy of the Brescia followed by the home to the consulate of Argentina.

The design style of Palazzo Cristo is best described as modern classic using a mix of Italian materials coupled with French-inspired interior design.

Palazzo Cristo has retained many of the properties original details including the beams, windows, all the external façade and stairs and every detail has been thought out, with the design ethos running continuously and seamlessly throughout.
