Carlson Wagonlit Travel has appointed Michelle Frymire as chief financial officer.
Based in Minneapolis, Frymire will report to Kurt Ekert, president Carlson Wagonlit Travel, and serve as a member of the executive leadership team.
Current chief financial officer, Brad Hall, will become executive vice president, chief administrative and financial officer of Carlson, Carlson Wagonlit Travel’s parent company.
Both appointments will be effective from January 21st.

Immediately prior to her appointment, Frymire was chief financial officer at a portfolio company of private equity firm Kohlberg & Co.
She was previously chief financial officer at Service King Collision Repair, TruGreen Lawn Care and Starwood Vacation Ownership, and held senior finance roles at ServiceMaster, Delta Air Lines, Continental Airlines and American Airlines.
