Award-winning UAE-based developer Sweid & Sweid has appointed Civilco Civil Engineering & Contracting Company as lead contractor on the first Banyan Tree Residences to be built in the Middle East.
Located on a large island overlooking the Emirates and Montgomerie golf courses, the project sits at the intersection of DMCC and Emirates Hills on Al Telal Street.
It is scheduled for completion in quarter three of 2019.

Banyan Tree Residences will encompass 244 residences stretched over 32 floors and include one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, duplex apartments with private outdoor gardens, and three full-floor penthouses crowning the building.
The single tower development is set within a gated community stretching over 110,000 square feet.
The residents-only Clubhouse & Spa includes a state-of-the-art fitness centre, an authentic Banyan Tree spa experience, saunas, a squash court, and an expansive indoor children’s play area.
Founded in Abu Dhabi in 1974, Civilco has established itself as a leading contracting firm in the country.
With previous projects in Dubai projects including the Upper Crest Serviced Apartments in Burj Khalifa District, Pullman Hotel in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Nord Anglia School in Al Barsha South and Dubai Arch Tower in JLT.
