Carnival Cruise Line has launched a Loyalty Rocks Club app, a brand-new communication tool for the UK travel trade.
The app will allow agents to become more engaged with the Carnival International team and all things Carnival.
Previously only available on desktop, Carnival’s Loyalty Rocks Club is an easy to earn, easy to use club that rewards agents for being brilliant partners with a whole host of treats, from high street vouchers to holidays, gifts, experiences and more.
With the launch of this ground-breaking app, agents will now be able to access their Loyalty Rocks Club account while on the move in order to claim their bookings, view their rewards and available points, and complete their on-line training at any time.
The app also allows agents to learn about the latest incentives, competitions and events, hear all the news from Carnival as and when it happens, and provide feedback via live surveys.
The app will introduce a whole new world to agents, with instant communication on all the latest news and activity, as well as instant push notifications which will give them a far greater level of awareness of possible rewards so they never miss a chance to earn more points.
And, as Carnival continues to develop the app, the company plans to introduce new ways of earning including gamification.

“Since we launched the Loyalty Rocks Club just over a year ago, we’ve seen an increase in the number of mobile users of the existing scheme so we wanted to build on that and provide agents with a tool which allows them a greater level of interaction with the site.
