The Belfry Hotel & Resort is set to tantalise the taste buds of both locals and visitors to its signature Ryder Grill restaurant as it launches a mouth-watering tasting menu series running from February to December this year.
Recently appointed head chef, Ryan Swift, will bring fresh culinary flair to the popular evenings with a selection of sumptuous six-course menus, all packed with the finest seasonal produce.
The first event of the series will take place on Thursday, February 8th, where six delicious courses will be available for just £45 per person.
Served in The Belfry’s iconic Ryder Grill the evenings will run on Thursday evenings throughout the year, providing the perfect opportunity to sample a range of the restaurant’s a la carte flavours, all in one sitting.
Hoping to delight diners with his newly-designed taster menus, Swift commented: “I’m really looking forward to our taster evenings.
“It’s provided me with a real opportunity to quite literally bring my creativity to the table and create some truly unique dishes. I’m really excited to see our diners’ reactions to them.”
