The Massey Partnership is now representing Carbis Bay Hotel, Spa & Estate in St Ives, Cornwall.

With extensive expansion of the estate taking place and an exciting beach regeneration project introducing a collection of eight new luxury Ocean Lodges and Ocean Club set to launch next year, the Massey team is excited to introduce this privately owned and managed hotel to the media.

“We are thrilled to be working with The Massey Partnership,” said Stephen Baker, owner, Carbis Bay Hotel, Spa & Estate.

“Our ambition to create this series of luxury Ocean Lodges has been eight years in the making.

“With the end in sight, it is certainly an exciting time for everybody here at Carbis Bay and a perfect time to welcome Massey on board.”

In addition to the £14 million Ocean Lodge project, which will also see a club area with restaurant outlets as well as events and retail space, this summer heralds the launch of the hotel’s nearby sister property, The Gannet Inn, which has recently undergone an entire renovation and re-design.

A twist on the traditional Inn, the new hotel offers 16 boutique bedrooms with quirky yet stylish interiors and a hearty British menu created by Rosette winning chefs at the hotel’s Hungry Gannet restaurant.

The Baker family is also refurbishing neighbouring property, Gannet House, which will serve as an extension to The Gannet Inn with large family rooms and views of the ocean.

These new projects are a welcome addition to the estate’s portfolio, which includes the renowned Carbis Bay Hotel which has over 47 individually designed rooms.

Facilities at the hotel include a luxury spa with outdoor heated pool, an alluring Beach Club complete with Mediterranean-style restaurant and a Sunseeker motor yacht for private excursions.

All facilities are available to estate residents and visitors to Carbis Bay year-round.
