Located in London Bridge, the Nine Lives cocktail bar will present the special showcase The Nine Lives of El Tigre during London Cocktail Week.

Events will take place from October 2nd-5th.

Legendary bartending luchador, El Tigre, will be bringing his Mexican family’s seafood restaurant, Los Barcos, to town for a week long pop-up, offering the finest Don Julio tequila cocktails and authentic tacos.

The Pink Flamingo cocktail from Nine Lives, which has just been shortlisted as one of the top six signature creations from the capital’s best bartenders, will be served throughout the week.

El Tigre’s glorious tacos include the Tacos de Pescado Al Pastor: a sea bass with grilled pineapple dish, it includes scotch bonnet and Don Julio tequila-marinated red onion.

Throughout London Cocktail week, the Pink Flamingo cocktail will be only £6 for all LCW Festival Pass holders or just £9 with one of El Tigre’s tacos.

Also at Nine Lives during London Cocktail Week, Don Julio’s master distiller, Enrique De Colsa, will be in residence, hosting tequila talks and tastings in the afternoons.

This is free for guests to drop by and delve a little deeper into Mexico’s favourite tipple, but places are limited so please contact [email protected] in advance.
