Novotel London Heathrow Airport has opened, transforming the former headquarters of the British Airports Authority.
The largest addition to the Nine Group portfolio, the £30 million launch brings significant investment and new job prospects to the local area.
Located alongside Heathrow airport on Bath Road, the hotel has world-class connectivity that leads guests right to the airport or swiftly into the centre of London via the Heathrow Express in 15 minutes.
This state-of-the-art hotel has officially launched this month giving prominence to design-led innovation and comfort, in what is the first full service hotel opening in Heathrow for over seven years.
The hotel boasts 166 next-generation Novotel ‘N’ Rooms, designed to meet the needs of business and leisure travellers alike.
The hotel is especially tailored to functions and meetings, with the main function suite accommodating up to 250 delegates.
The modernistic atrium skypods are perfect for small meetings, interviews and private dining.
Local entrepreneur Vivek Chadha, who founded the Nine Group and went to school in nearby Hounslow, takes particular pride in returning to the area where he grew up.
He said: “It’s a privilege to open the Novotel London Heathrow, this will be a flagship hotel for Nine Group.
“The Novotel Heathrow is design focussed, aimed to appeal to guests staying with us for both business and leisure.
“The hotel is in the perfect location for connections to Heathrow airport and I look forward to seeing our guests making the most of our premium facilities, for a business meeting or ahead of a trip abroad.
“I’m proud to bring the unique Nine Group ethos to the area and I look forward to seeing the hotel flourish.”
