The United States Federal Aviation Administration has issued an Air Agency Certificate allowing Deer Jet to operate repair stations.
The leading business jet operator took part in the annual tests on continuous updated maintenance procedures and FAA regulations, thus becoming one of the very few FAA certified repair stations in mainland China.
The FAA certified repair station status allows Deer Jet to engage in the maintenance, preventive maintenance, inspection, and alteration of aircraft and aircraft products registered in the US (N-number).
The FAA issues certificates under Title 14 of the code of federal regulations (14 CFR) Part 145 to facilities located both inside and outside the United States.
The total number of domestic and foreign repair stations has grown tremendously to meet the globalisation of air travel and maintenance demands.
At last count, there were approximately 5,000 Part 145 repair stations worldwide – though only 45 registered in mainland China.
As the largest business aviation company in Asia, Deer Jet has built one of the most comprehensive supply chains and extensive service networks for private jet owners to enjoy world-class solutions.
The company’s maintenance facilities are located in main business hubs in China including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong.
Deer Jet has been awarded in many occasions for the quality of its services which meet and, in some cases, exceed the highest international standards for business aviation operations.
As Deer Jet continues strengthening its service capabilities worldwide, it has established strategic partnerships and is the authorised distributor of international brands including Honeywell and Rockwell Collins and is the only authorised maintenance centre of Dassault Falcon, Honeywell, and Gulfstream in mainland China.
