Europcar Group has announced the appointment of Valérie Sauteret to the role of group communications director.
Her main mission will be to promote through communications the strategic ambitions of the group, in particular its development in its core business and the strengthening of its position as a major player in new mobility solutions (car sharing, chauffeur services, multimodal platforms, car-pooling).
She started her career at the Publicis Group in 1993 and held various management positions in several agencies in the Group, notably as partner of Publicis Consultants, where she was in charge of the change management practice in 2008.
Throughout her career at Publicis, she advised numerous companies, particularly in the services industry, banking and automotive sectors.
Prior to joining Europcar Group, Valérie was communications director for Barclays Bank PLC France, and was an executive committee member for seven years.
She supported various stages of the transformation of the bank, before working on the brand change.
