Visitors are invited to experience the magic of the Belfry and tantalise their taste buds with the launch of the latest mouth-watering Tasting Menu series at the Ryder Grill.
Awarded England’s Leading Resort at the World Travel Awards for three consecutive years, the Belfry has developed a name for excellence in the hospitality industry, attracting visitors from all over the world.
The seasonal tasting menu is available on the first Thursday of every month at The Belfry’s iconic Ryder Grill.
Head chef, Ryan Swift, offers a fresh culinary flair to the popular evenings, with a sumptuous six-course menu featuring a selection of favourites, all packed with the finest seasonal produce.
“The tasting evenings provide a real opportunity to quite literally bring my creativity to the table and create some truly unique dishes.
“The response has been tremendous so far and we are looking forward to getting more creative and bring the best possible dishes to the upcoming events,” commented Swift.
The tasting menus are carefully crafted to utilise the best of seasonal ingredients, with the upcoming July menu celebrating ricotta, salmon, skate, lamb, cherry and lemon followed by Heritage Potatoes, salmon, cauliflower, duck, meringue and peach in August.
