Unique Vacations UK, representatives of Sandals and Beaches Resorts, has promoted Leah Marshall to the role director of sales.
Marshall, who has been with the business for over 20 years, has been instrumental in the launch of Sandals and Beaches Resorts’ UK tour operation, Unique Caribbean Holidays UK, which allows the company to sell direct to the trade as well as working with agents who book with the company’s partner tour operators.
Marshall began her career with Sandals and Beaches Resorts in 1995 when she joined as sales manager and has worked her way up to head of sales.
Under her leadership, the agency sales team has grown from one to three permanent staff members and the team of business development managers is now made up of eight people, including a wedding brand manager to focus on the wedding and honeymoon side of the business.

“She is one of the most dedicated people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with and this passion clearly shows through in her results.
“Under her direction, trade sales have increased consistently every year including a 20 per cent rise since the launch of UCHL, of which she played a huge part in.
“This promotion recognises everything that Leah and her team have done for our business.”
