Mystifly has announced that Mary Li, a travel technology veteran, has taken the role of co-chief executive with the company.
Li will join Rajeev Kumar, Mystifly founder and chief executive, at the helm to lead the company through its next phase of innovation and growth.
“We are excited to welcome Mary to the Mystifly family.
“There couldn’t be a better time or person to strengthen Mystifly’s standing as the leading global airfare marketplace,” said Kumar.
“Mary brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the travel technology domain.
“She has been driven and passionate in every leadership position she has held.
“I am confident that together we will drive progress and deliver added value to stakeholders.”
Before joining Mystifly, Li founded and served as the chief operating officer of Aslan – China’s first data-driven travel technology company.
The company saw great success and was acquired by Alitrip (Alibaba’s online travel market).
Li went on to serve as the head of air tickets, where she and her team rolled out the very first mobile app platform for air ticketing in China.
“I am thrilled to be joining Mystifly,” said Li.
“I am honoured to work with Rajeev and lead a team of diverse talent in reshaping and redefining travel.
“I look forward to leveraging my past experience to lead Mystifly through the next phase of its evolution.
“On a personal note, I am excited about this new journey and the learning that it has to offer.”
